Terms of Service

By creating an account, subscribing to a membership, or renting or purchasing a piece, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use VINDTIA.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and rent or purchase from VINDTIA.

Rentals are currently fulfilled to members within the United States.

Memberships (Coach, First Class, and Flying Private) are billed monthly through our payment provider, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.

You may change or cancel your membership at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from your Membership page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Rentals are for a fixed 7-day period and are priced per piece, adjusted for your membership tier. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and subject to availability.

Archive purchase items are available to Flying Private members, sold as final one-of-one acquisitions, and are not available for rental.

All rentals are additionally governed by the Customer Borrowing Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and presented for acceptance at checkout. It covers duty of care, condition, returns, late fees, and damage responsibility.

The VINDTIA name, branding, site design, and product photography are the property of VINDTIA and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

VINDTIA is not responsible for fit issues or subjective dissatisfaction. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VINDTIA's liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amounts you paid for the applicable rental or purchase.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which VINDTIA operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of VINDTIA after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
